Lemon mango macarons

I made a mango macaron cookies the other day but I was not successful. I am still trying to to figure out what was wrong. I was thinking I over mixed it but it might be too much mango flavoring that was oily and destroyed the consistency.
Today I am making lemon cookie and fill with mango fillings that I made.
